With degrees in business and psychology along with 2 years in art school, Mary engaged in a highly successful career in corporate HR training and development. However, after 20 years of helping other people climb the ladder, she realized her ladder was going to the wrong roof. So she switched ladders and began buying, renting and remodeling homes.
In 2016 she joined forces with her husband Dan and created Team Tillman. Together, they became Certified Seniors Real Estate Specialists – serving the 55+ community and offering informative real estate seminars geared to seniors' needs. Mary also became a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist and has helped people go through the probate process and successfully move forward with the sale of their real estate.
In real estate, Mary was able to harness all of her business, psychology and creative skills to help achieve great things for her clients. She even started her own home staging company to help influence more exciting offers and quicker sales of her clients homes. She has created and hosted over seminars on 15 different topics in order to help clients get the best information and resources to make great decisions.

Dan joined Team Tillman with a degree in marketing and a lifetime of experience in purchasing and sales at a corporate job, followed by a successful stint as a real estate investor where he bought, rented and remodeled commercial and residential properties. Dan is passionate about using his experience with contacts and negotiations along with his practical skills in remodeling to help clients feel taken care of in the home buying and selling process. After spending 11 years in the corporate world and a bit of time dabbling in home investments, Chad decided it was time to turn to real estate as a career.
