About Mary

With degrees in business and psychology along with 2 years in art school, Mary engaged in a highly successful career in corporate HR training and development. However, after 20  years of helping other people climb the ladder, she realized her ladder was going to the wrong roof. So she switched ladders and began buying, renting and remodeling homes.

In 2016 she joined forces with her husband Dan and created Team Tillman. Together, they became Certified Seniors Real Estate Specialists – serving the 55+ community and offering informative real estate seminars geared to seniors' needs. Mary also became a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist and has helped people go through the probate process and successfully move forward with the sale of their real estate.  

In real estate, Mary was able to harness all of her business, psychology and creative skills to help achieve great things for her clients. She even started her own home staging company to help influence more exciting offers and quicker sales of her clients homes. She has created and hosted over seminars on 15 different topics in order to help clients get the best information and resources to make great decisions.

As part life coach, cheerleader and real estate specialist, Mary has a unique way with clients that virtually guarantees positive outcomes. Mary has spent her life helping people figure out what they want and helping them find the courage and tools to get there. That's the kind of person you need on your real estate team.

About Dan

Dan joined Team Tillman with a degree in marketing and a lifetime of experience in purchasing and sales at a corporate job, followed by a successful stint as a real estate investor where he bought, rented and remodeled commercial and residential properties.  Dan is passionate about using his experience with contacts and negotiations along with his practical skills in remodeling to help clients feel taken care of in the home buying and selling process.  Dan combines his light-hearted contagious enthusiasm for helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams.  Whether that's helping them understand the nuances of contracts, side stepping contractual land mines, or helping them with remodeling ideas, tips or chores.  Dan is the guy that digs into the details to make sure that Tillman clients Make It Home.  This stems from Dan's passion for people...whether its welcoming people to church as an usher/greeter or volunteering as a Pontoon Boat Driver for seniors or helping you buy or sell a home.  Dan loves helping people experience something good in their day.

After graduating with honors in finance from the University of Tampa and getting his MBA in finance, Chad started his career in - what else? Finance. After spending 11 years in the corporate world and a bit of time dabbling in home investments, Chad decided it was time to turn to real estate as a career. With his under-standing of the wide variety of financial tools available, along with the relationships he had built in the financing community, Chad quickly became a valuable ally for anyone looking to buy a home. Add to that his real-life experience in home investments and renovation and you have a powerful set of tools to help anyone from a first-time buyer to seasoned investors find properties that offer baked in equity opportunities. Chad begins the process by addressing the needs of his clients and strategically aligning the right resources, information, and solutions to help clients move forward. Chad is the consummate coach having himself won medals throughout the US in javelin and shot put and now dedicating his talent to the Special Olympics. He coaches athletes, participates as a unified partner, and enjoys supporting many fund-raising events including the Polar Plunge - where he jumps into a freezing lake every February to help Special Olympics meet their financial goals!

When she's not busy with her Real Estate career, Nena spends time helping the elderly, and supporting the youth sports in the Minnetonka school district. She is an animal lover, enjoys reading, walking, and catching up with her circle of friends.
