Once upon a time, The Tillmans were a typical family with each member pursuing successful careers in a variety of endeavors. For Dan, it was a sales gig while Mary was busy supporting and growing human capacity as a corporate VP partner. Chad had turned to finance and investing. The golden thread that pulled these unique individuals back to the same page was their personal experience with real estate investing. 
Dan was the first to jump into full-time real estate sales based on his love for people, sales and passion for real estate. Mary followed a couple of years later when the burden of working across multiple time zones wore thin. She decided she’d rather invest her time into Dan and herself as a real estate team focused on helping seniors & their families navigate the complicated world of transitioning a elderly loved one into the next phase of life. Together, they quickly earned the reputation as Seniors Real Estate Specialists (SRES) through their patient and compassionate 
manner along with the free seminars they offer around the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs. Dan & Mary were soon enjoying the natural consequences of taking good care of aging parents real estate as well as their families.
Chad began to use his finance experience to help first-time home buyers invest in homes they could start building their future on. In no time, the three of them began a new venture in helping individuals & families navigate the probate home selling process in both 
Hennepin & Ramsey County. Team Tillman understands this to be one of the most frustrating process for people. However, with their compassion, knowledge of the probate system, resources and real estate expertise, they have made this bumpy journey more manageable for many probate families and will continue to do so for many more families. Now, the family has become a team of Certified Probate Real Estate Specialists (CPRES) and is helping multiple generations of people make the most of their real estate transactions.
